The journey. Yesterday I celebrated another trip around the sun. A birthday amidst a pandemic is an interesting experience to say the least. A few wonderful friends and family members, while duly adhering to all cdc and social distancing guidelines (you know who you are and I love you) helped to make my day truly special and I thank all of you all from the bottom of my heart. To talk about strange times: one of my birthday gifts was a hand sewn mask from my mother which I was truly excited and grateful to receive. I have been conspicuously absent during all of this. I have made the decision to not add by my voice to the overwhelming din. I have my opinions of course but what I want for everyone is: be safe and consider others and be kind to yourself in these unprecedented times. Love to everyone.... the whole world over. ❤️
